The Schnitzel is perhaps the most popular dish in German/Austrian cuisine. It’s extremely popular in Europe. One of the reason is the super crunchy cornflakes coating. To build on this success, we recreated our most popular cod fish schnitzels with a vegan core.
Our juicy vegan fish schnitzel is made with an super crunchy cornflakes coating and the authentic flavor of cod: the perfect basis for a tasty meal. It’s pan-, deepfry- and oven-ready, couldn’t be easier. The product is sold in foil bags or retail boxes. It can also be defrosted for MAP-packing.
