After more then 3 years of research and development. We succeeded to re-create the authentic fish flavor and texture of the white fish species, Cod. We’re proud of this great accomplishment we achieved.
But, how… you ask? Well, that’s a nice story. A hypoallergenic grain of rice (NON-GMO) proved to be the perfect match for the metamorphosis we dreamed of and it became the basic ingredient for the fish-like transformation. This magical, plant-based resource takes on the characteristics of whitefish like no other! The fish spice blend, tried by true fishermen and invented by seasoned chefs, gives the LikeFish products the unmistakable smell, color and taste of fish.
